A native and lifelong resident of Long Island, Karen has lived in both Nassau and Suffolk counties and knows both markets very well. She grew up in Long Beach and Garden City, and for the past 18 years has lived in both Sayville and Bohemia. “I absolutely love Sayville and the surrounding area. Where else do you have the quaint town, beautiful homes on treed lined streets, the beach and ferries to Fire Island, antique shops, craft fairs, and of course, the friendly people. There is nowhere else like it.” Dually licensed at Douglas Elliman’s Sayville and Fire Island offices, Karen enjoys helping her clients find and sell homes in the communities she adores. She specializes in residential sales and rentals in the Sayville, Oakdale, Bayport and Bohemia area, as well as Fire Island. She easily connects with her clients and strives to understand their needs so they can have the most fulfilling real estate experience. Prior to real estate, Karen enjoyed a successful business career for over 20 years. She holds a BA Degree in Business Management from Molloy College. Client service has always been her forte.
