Her ten years in the hospitality industry have made her an expert in understanding how to provide service, anticipate needs, and attend to the details that make for happy customer experiences. As a Queens native, Jessica has extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods across New York City — from the most popular towns to the up-and-coming gems.
