Quick: Why Should I Do Business with You?

As I interact with LIBOR members, it strikes me that, with approximately 30,000 members in Queens and Long Island, we have true experts in every aspect of the real estate business. And not just smart or experienced people, but real masters of the craft within our own association.
The difficulty can be efficiently connecting individual REALTORS® to that deep well of fellow-member expertise and untapping the vast reserves of knowledge that lie within our ranks. To tackle that challenge, I am pleased to introduce a brand-new learning experience for our members, the LIBOR Master Class video series.
These short videos showcase some of the amazing talent resident within our association and the industry. The series conveniently connects members with recognized experts on the essential skills it takes to be a great REALTOR® right now. And it does so for free, as a LIBOR member benefit.
The first Master Class video, with a running time of under 15 minutes, focuses upon the essential skill of “Creating Your Value Proposition.” At a time when the value delivered by REALTORS® is increasingly in the spotlight, it’s critical to be able to effectively deliver a compelling verbal “elevator pitch” and a clear, written value proposition in all of your branding channels. We must be able to effortlessly and authentically answer the question, “Why should I do business with you?"
“Creating Your Value Proposition” is taught by a master communicator and creator of positive customer experiences, our own LIBOR 2025 President, Mark Donnelly. Mark’s practical, real-world approach and relatable examples will enable you to immediately put his teachings into action. Click here to watch the video.
Each talk in the Master Class series will help you hone your craft and enable you to differentiate yourself.
