Certified Commercial Investment Member / CCIM

The Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation is commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement, earned through an extensive curriculum of 200 classroom hours and professional experiential requirements. CCIMs are active in 1,000 U.S. markets and 31 other countries and comprise a 13,000 - member network that includes brokers, leasing professionals, asset managers, appraisers, corporate real estate executives, investors, lenders, and other allied professionals.

CRE

While membership and the CRE designation is offered by invitation only, the organization serves as a resource for commercial professionals on a variety of topics. Their print publication, Real Estate Issues, is available in print and online, and the CRE Library features recent book, market reports, monographs and select articles written by CRE members. NYSCAR

Chartered in 1995, as a commercial overlay board, the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS® is a specialty local board of REALTORS® with statewide jurisdiction. NYSCAR was formed by commercial practitioners who had a vision of a board of REALTORS® dedicated specifically to commercial issues. In succeeding years, NYSCAR has implemented that vision by creating opportunities for members to enhance their professional education, to network with colleagues across the state, and to market commercial property in statewide forums.
