SentriLock Reminders

• One-day codes are not permitted for OneKey MLS Customers.
• Usernames now have the suffix "-onekey" for logging into the SentriLock app and website.
• OneKey MLS lockbox store is available from the dashboard and offers shipping and pickup centers as options.

Password Reset
Customers were notified on 7/22 of a security update. The next time users log in after Tuesday, July 22 at 10 PM ET they'll be prompted to update their password.  View FAQs.

EULA Deadline Imminent

If you have not yet completed your End User Licensing Agreement, please do so as soon as possible to avoid service interruption or default selection. Review and submit your EULA by visiting  https://member.onekeymls.com/documents.
