Prepare for your next phase of Stratus to Matrix™ Onboarding: Read-only Access to Matrix!

Here's what you can expect:

If you have not already completed multi-factor authentication, you should have received an email with the subject line: Action Required: set up secure access to your new OneKey® MLS experience on November 18 or 19, 2024. Use the enrollment link provided in the email to set up multi-factor authentication and a new password.

This email will also contain your Login ID. For most customers, your ID will be the same as your Stratus ID, but for some users, it has been updated.

After completing multi-factor authentication, visit  Corporate.OneKeyMLS.com. Click on Login in the top right corner of the screen and select Matrix Users. User your Login ID and new password to kickstart your new MLS experience in your new OneKey® dashboard! Click the Matrix icon to get started.

Your parallel access to Stratus and Matrix during your preparation phase will allow you to explore Matrix (remember you will continue to have access to Stratus through December 2, 2024, to add and edit listings). Enjoy greater integration between Matrix™ and MLS-Touch®, including synced Contacts, OneHome client portal, Saved Searches, and more!
