In this course we will examine the reasons why buyers want exclusive buyer's representation and what they expect from their agent. Articulating and delivering your personal value proposition is key to them wanting YOU and being willing to pay for your services.

We will review the best practices of buyer representation when acting as their fiduciary. Topics include: buyer consultation, financing options, due diligence systems and tools, the lifecycle of transaction, various market conditions, purchase offer contingencies, problem solving for exceptional service and managing the process through to close.

Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:

Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class. NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation. Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses

If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.

Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:

A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.
