Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:

Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class. NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation. Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on LIREALTOR.com AFTER 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also AFTER 7:00 am

Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses

If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.

Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:

A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.

Pursuant to 42 U.S.C.A. 12189, LIBOR offers examinations and courses in a place and manner accessible to persons with disabilities or will offer alternative accessible arrangements for individuals with disabilities. If you need accommodations that are necessary to meaningfully access LIBOR courses and testing, please contact LIBOR via email at educate@lirealtor.com or by telephone at 631-661-4800 x2, then option 2. LIBOR will review that request and then will explore with you what accommodations can be provided without fundamentally altering the nature of the course or the test with the final decision as to the particular accommodation to ultimately be decided by LIBOR upon completion of this process.
