I have the utmost respect for buyers & sellers in the ever changing world of real estate. After all, it is a very emotional time in ones life whether you're buying or selling. Selling ones home, where so many memories have been made is not always easy for the owner; even when they know its time to sell. I believe when I list someone's home for sale it is my responsibility to guide them through the process from start to finish. I believe it is a collaborative process that requires the utmost respect for one another. When working with buyers I feel a strong connection as well. After all, our home is usually our largest purchase. It takes time & patience to find the perfect home. To know that I've helped someone start a new chapter in their life is a terrific & satisfying feeling.
