About Osbardo Mejil

My previous position as a Detective provides me with the personality skills to deal with any and all types of people. I have been a Realtor for 16 years. I enjoy working with sellers and firs time home buyers. I specialize in short sale negotiations. I also work with asset management companies and assist with making contact with homeowners that are delinquent on their mortgage along with providing BPO's. My goal is to assist homeowners by providing them with additional options before losing their home to a Foreclosure. I am also a License NYS RE Instructor providing educating in Realtor safety and Short sales.
