Obtaining her Paralegal degree, moving on to manage & practice at a Corporate Law Firm, also in Garden City, NY, she led negotiations of large Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Placements, Formation & Dissolutions, Sales Leasebacks & administered Contract Negotiations with large Corporations and Fortune 500 Companies. This education & training contributed to Maria's leverage among her peers in the Real Estate Industry. Receiving her Real Estate License in 2001, at 21 years old, she has closed over $500 million in sales since and consistently managed to remain a preeminent Broker throughout her career.
