Donald Oula has been in New York City real estate since 2002 and is excited to be your real estate consultant! With over 20 years of experience working in the most vibrant city in the world, Donald has transacted thousands of deals in sales/rentals of coops/condominiums, single/multi-family homes, and new construction in addition to investments & property management. His ability to provide service on the highest level is driven by his passion for establishing and cultivating relationships with a customer service focus. Donald is a life long New Yorker having arrived at the age of three from Southeast Asia. His immigrant and multicultural background developed his unique ability to relate to others and understand different cultures and lifestyles allowing him to expertly serve and represent the diverse clientele coming from around the globe who want to make NYC their new home.  Donald has a B.S. degree in chemistry and has a variety of past skills and experiences. His past  roles have included college recitation instructor in chemistry and mathematics, media planner at an ad agency, advertising sales at a publishing company, and restaurant owner. His success and longevity in the real estate business can be attributed to several factors: his scientific academic background developed his logical and critical thinking skills; his sales/marketing and restaurant management experience helped Donald think creativity and to handle challenging transactions and customers with professionalism and flexibility while demonstrating empathy, guidance and poise.
