About Deven Bell

I am a sales agent in Nassau County & Suffolk on the Island Wide Team at Realty Connect USA and a former sales agent at one of the largest REO bank owned Real Estate companies in the New York Area. Being a Southshore Nassau native, I’m all too familiar with the towns that encompassed me growing up. My adolescent years were spent working for the family business in Suffolk and summers were spent in Zachs Bay on my step-dad's 27 foot Grady White or in Fire Island where family friends owned properties. Since the age of 14 it was instilled in me what hard work and perseverance can do to ones self and the role it takes in achieving success. I’ve used my learned knowledge of hard work and applied it to a life as a Realtor, in doing this I’m fulfilling my desire to help others at the same time. I’ve learned that in order to best serve my clients I must remain teachable and always to listen and observe their needs and wants. In order to create a long lasting relationship I promise to always stay honest and true and give my professional opinion when needed. A transaction is more about the experience than the money, with an emphasis on building long lasting relationships whether that be with my clients, lenders, inspectors, attorneys or other agents. Along with my experience I bring a network of trusted associates to the table to aid my clients for a more comfortable and seamless home buying experience.
