About Joyce E Philbin Collier

Joyce has been a licensed Realtor since 1987, being an owner for 6 years. She grew up in Port Jefferson and has resided in the Three Village area and Port Jefferson area most of her life raising her children here. Joyce has extensive experience in Mortgage Lending(Processor) and Title Insurance(Closer, Examiner, Officer, and Manager) which makes her a well-rounded and knowledgeable Associate Broker to assist in all areas of the Real Estate transaction. She is a Notary Public. Joyce is a recent Phi Beta Kappa/Summa Cum Laude Graduate from Stony Brook University earning her Bachelors in Theatre Arts and Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Joyce has worked as a News, Theatre and Community Interest reporter for The Times Beacon Record for many years. She is a published author writing “The Living Secret, The Life Of Robert Collier”. Many interests include precision/stunt driving for television and film productions, cooking for special events and photography. She is an ordained Minister since 2012. .
