The Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, Inc. (MLSLI™) has recently named a new Executive Committee for 2017. Leading the MLSLI of Long Island is incoming President Kevin Loiacono. Kevin was installed into office by MLS and LIBOR Past President and Board General Counsel Cathy Nolan at the MLSLI Installation and Recognition Luncheon held on November 16, 2016 at the Woodbury Country Club in Woodbury.
Kevin Loiacono is the owner/ Broker of BrookHampton Realty and has been a licensed Realtor® since 1986. Kevin has been active on both the Long Island Board of Realtors® and the Multiple Listing Service Board and has served on the New York State Association of Realtors® Board.
As a Director of the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island Kevin has served on the Technical Committee, MLS Nominating Committee, Budget and Finance Committee, MLS Procedures Committee, Administrative Review Panels, Strategic Planning Task Force and MLS Software Task Force. In addition, Kevin has also served as the MLSLI VP of Suffolk for 2014 and 2015 and in 2016 he served as Treasurer. Kevin holds a CBR designation.
As a Director for LIBOR, Kevin has served on the Bylaws Committee, Public Relations Committee, Education Committee, Budget and Finance, Legal Assistance Committee, Member Services Committee and the Legislative Committee.
With giving back to his community in mind, Kevin works with the Center Moriches food pantry and supports the charitable events of Brook Haven Hospital. He is also involved in youth mentoring programs.
Joining Kevin on the 2017 MLSLI Executive Committee members are Vice President Suffolk, John Fitzgerald; Vice President Nassau, Michael Scully; Vice President Queens, Walauddin (Buddy) Hoosein; Treasurer, Michael Mendicino and Secretary, Vincent DellAccio.
