Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) is proud to announce the signing of three new Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with prominent international real estate organizations: Asociación de Promotores Inmobilarios de le Provincia de Alicante (PROVIA), the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA), and the Indonesian Real Estate Broker Association (AREBI). These partnerships represent LIBOR’s ongoing commitment to global collaboration and are the latest milestone in the expansion of its growing REALTOR® family.
LIBOR signed its MOU with PROVIA during a trade mission to Spain on May 10, 2025, in conjunction with the Inmociónate Conference—this marked LIBOR’s eighth participation in the event, underscoring its long-standing dedication to international engagement. The delegation participated in expert-led sessions, networked with global industry professionals, and engaged in cultural experiences that showcased Spain’s vibrant real estate market.
PROVIA is a non-profit business association representing most of the real estate developers on Spain’s Costa Blanca. It features a modern and robust organizational structure that supports member needs and promotes high standards in real estate development.
The MOU with SEAA was signed virtually on May 22, 2025, at 9:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM Singapore time. Formed with the support of the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) and major estate firms, SEAA serves as a collective voice for estate agencies and salespersons in Singapore. The association advocates for professional development and the common interests of the real estate community in Singapore.
LIBOR signed its MOU with AREBI on May 27, 2025. AREBI provides a forum for real estate professionals in Indonesia, focusing on coaching, education, and raising standards in property intermediary services. It also facilitates dialogue between its members and other stakeholders, advancing the profession both nationally and internationally.
“We are thrilled to welcome PROVIA, SEAA, and AREBI as our latest MOU partners,” said Mark Donnelly, President of LIBOR. “These partnerships reflect our commitment to providing our members with access to a global network and fostering business opportunities both locally and abroad. I was honored to be in Spain for the trade mission and PROVIA MOU signing, and grateful for the opportunity to experience the country’s rich culture and hospitality firsthand.”
These new agreements further LIBOR’s mission of facilitating global connections among real estate professionals. Through these partnerships, LIBOR members gain access to international education resources, market insights, licensing procedures, and networking opportunities that promote cross-cultural understanding and collaboration. LIBOR maintains active MOUs with 39 real estate associations across the globe.
