Long Island Board of REALTORS® Awards 2019 REALTOR®-Broker of the Year to Kevin Loiacono

The Long Island Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (LIBOR) is pleased to announce that REALTOR® Kevin Loiacono has been named the recipient of the distinguished REALTOR®-Broker of the Year award. The announcement was made at the association’s Annual Installation and Awards Dinner held on November 26, 2019 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.

A lifelong Long Island resident, Kevin Loiacono joined the LIBOR in 1986 as a newly licensed agent working in Nassau county.  Currently, Kevin is the Broker Owner of BrookHampton Realty in Center Moriches.

As a LIBOR member, Kevin served as LIBOR Suffolk County Vice President in 2019 and will continue in this position for 2020.  On the chapter level, Kevin served as President of the Central Suffolk Chapter.  As a director of the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island (MLSLI), Kevin served as President in 2017, Suffolk County Vice President in 2014 and 2015, and Treasurer in 2016.

Kevin has served on multiple LIBOR and MLSLI committees, most recently on the regionalization task force, strategic planning committee, rebranding task force and the CEO search committee.
