Dec 3, 2021

REALTOR® Beth Lowe of Coach REALTORS® in West Sayville, NY, has been named 2021 REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year by Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR). The award was presented at the Association’s annual Installation and Awards Event held virtually on December 2, 2021.

The REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year award recognizes professionals who have made proven contributions to the REALTOR® association and real estate industry through both personal and professional achievement and outstanding volunteerism. To be considered for the recognition, a salesperson must meet criteria including three or more years of LIBOR membership and playing a significant role in the association and its board.

Lowe has been a REALTOR® since 2010, and in that time has made an undeniable mark on the real estate industry. Her passion for real estate began at a young age, when she would assist her father in his real estate business. Through turbulent challenges in life, Lowe never lost sight of her dream - helping people achieve homeownership.

With over ten years of experience in real estate, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her area of expertise, providing industry-leading service to buyers and sellers of residential properties across Long Island. Known as a consummate professional, her 130 5-star reviews are a testament to her professionalism and hard work. “Amazing,” “knowledgeable,” “compassionate,” and “very responsive” are often the words Lowe’s clients use to describe her. Lowe’s pride in her performance is rooted in a desire to impact others in a positive way. This ambition combined with her own life experiences allows her to connect with her clients and colleagues to build lasting trust and relationships.

Lowe’s devotion to make an impactful difference has extended to all aspects of her association volunteerism. Her involvement with LIBOR began in 2016 when she became a Director for LIBOR’s Young Professionals Network (YPN), which helps young real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become successful. She served as the network’s President Elect from 2017 to 2018 and as President in 2019. Lowe has served on numerous LIBOR committees including, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Bylaws, Legislative and as Chair of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) in 2020 and 2021.

Lowe also serves as Board Director for both LIBOR and the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR).

Lowe has received several honors throughout the past decade, including being recognized as a National Rising Star by RISMedia and as a recipient of LIBOR’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate. In 2011 she was honored with both her brokerage’s Top Producer and Outstanding Achievement Awards, since then she has consistently ranked at the top of her company in sales production. She has also shared her story of success and triumph as a peer-to-peer speaker at events including, Exit Realty Corp International Convention.

Lowe has earned a Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE), a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and e-Pro® designations. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Product Development and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT).

In addition to her association work, Lowe is actively involved in her local community having volunteered with Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), Toys for Tots and Salvation Army Christmas Angels. In 2017 Lowe spearheaded a fundraiser for those negatively impacted by Hurricane Harvey, which raised over $46,000.

“Long Island Board of REALTORS® is truly fortunate to have Beth Lowe among our leaders,” said LIBOR President Susan Helsinger. “Her passion and dedication to elevating the real estate industry is evident in all that she does and makes her most deserving of LIBOR’s 2021 REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year Award.”
