The Long Island Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (LIBOR) is pleased to announce that Steve Probst of Fairway Independent Mortgage has been named the recipient of the notable REALTOR®-Affiliate of the Year award. The announcement was made at the association’s Annual Installation and Awards Dinner held on November 25, 2014 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.

Steve Probst has over twenty-eight years of experience in the mortgage profession.   Throughout his career, he has helped hundreds of people obtain home financing, a critical part of fulfilling the American Dream of homeownership.    Perhaps the reason for his success, is not only due to his knowledge of the profession or the fact that he understands that a home is probably the single most significant purchase a person makes in a lifetime, but the care and concern he gives all who he counsels.

A result of utilizing sensible mortgage strategies and choosing the right mortgage program, Steve has been helping his clients purchase financing for the home of their dreams, send their children  off to college, care for elderly parents, retire comfortably, become debt free and achieve financial freedom!     His belief, care, knowledge and commitment to his industry, directly compliments and is an attribute to the Realtor® profession.

Steve and Fairway’s commitment will always be to educate clients and to help them make the very best decisions for themselves.   His client’s best interests are always ahead of their own.   Because of the contributions Steve gives to consumers and the overall Real Estate industry, he is recognized  as LIBOR Affiliate of the Year for 2014.
