The Long Island Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (LIBOR) is proud to announce that Howard Fritz has been named the recipient of the notable REALTOR®-Affiliate of the Year award. The announcement was made at the association’s Annual Installation and Awards Dinner held on November 24, 2015 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.
Howard Fritz is the owner of the award winning studio One Fine Day Photographers and Video and One Fine Day Real Estate. He is always keeping busy with a camera in hand, either photographing a wedding, an event, a home for a virtual tour, a LIBOR function, or a charity event. Howard is customer focused and takes pride in providing great images and superior customer service. He has a background in sales, which helps him to understand the challenges that Realtors® face, and relate well to them. He is proud to be the photographer of choice for Larry Theodore of Century 21 Dallow Realty, Beth Lowe of Exit Realty Achieve, and Faith Hope Consolo, Chairman and CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Leasing Group.
Howard’s studio has consistently been awarded Best of the Knot, Couple’s Choice Award by Wedding Wire, Best of Long Island Weddings, and has attained Elite Vendor Status from Long Island Bride and Groom. Howard has also received a number of blue ribbons for his work at the Professional Photographers of America Print Competitions.
He is an active member of the Professional Photographers of America and local New York and New Jersey chapters. Each year he spends a week studying photography with a master photographer.
Howard was a Boy Scout Leader for Troop 90 in Massapequa for a number of years and this included being a scoutmaster for five years. Now Howard donates time by photographing for non-profit charity events which include: Pink Tie, United Cerebral Palsy, Arthritis Foundation, and Jayson F. Gruen Memorial Foundation to name a few.
Howard holds an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business, BA in Economics from Grinnell College, PMP Certification in Project Management, and a High School Diploma from the Bronx High School of Science.
Currently he resides in Massapequa Park with his wife Viviane and Zoe, their 6 year old boxer. They are the proud parents of two sons and enjoy traveling.
