Nominate the Next Rising Stars in Real Estate: LIBOR YPN 2026 Awards Now Open

Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) Young Professional Network (YPN) is pleased to announce that applications for the 2026 YPN 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate Awards are now open. 

LIBOR YPN 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate Awards recognizes the industry’s best new leaders and overall well-rounded REALTORS®. Several factors are considered when selecting finalists, including sales production, industry involvement and leadership, community involvement, demonstrated innovation, and professional growth.

YPN supports REALTORS® who are either early in their careers or young in age by providing the tools, resources, and encouragement needed to succeed. Candidates for this award reflect the selection committee’s vision of a well-rounded REALTOR®—one who is committed to both professional achievement and service to the industry and community.

Applications must be submitted by Friday, April 3, 2026. Please note that past recipients are not eligible for this award.  

Winners will be celebrated at the awards ceremony in July. All applicants will be notified before the event if they have been selected to receive the honor. Recipients will receive exposure on all LIBOR communication channels and other real estate media.
