Reconsideration of Value (ROV) is reshaping the way real estate professionals and appraisers interact. New federal guidelines as of 10/31/2024. Let's talk about Tidewater with VA mortgages.
For Agents: When is an ROV warranted? What data strengthens a request? How do lender policies impact the process?
For Appraisers: How should an ROV request be completed? What are the compliance boundaries under USPAP and state regulations?
This course is designed for both appraisers and sales agents and brokers to attend for the communications between the two licensed/certified professionals to be understood.
For Everyone: Where do misunderstandings between agents and appraisers arise? How can communication improve to create a smoother valuation process?
Instead of traditional lectures or case studies, this course is built on collaborative discussions and guided inquiry, allowing professionals from both sides to share insights, ask questions, and work through real-world challenges together. By the end of the course, participants will gain not just knowledge, but also practical strategies and stronger professional relationships to navigate ROVs effectively.
