When it comes to ethical business practices, there are rules that are not to be broken. Some of these may seem like common sense and some may not. However, interactions with the public on a professional level require a higher degree of ethical conduct. This is what we will call, Ethical Business Practices. From agency relationships and property showings to negotiations and closing the transaction, the licensee should be well-versed and skilled regarding ethical and professional behaviors. This course will offer the licensee the knowledge needed to create and maintain a professional and ethical buying or selling real estate experience for the public.
