Why should I try to understand the culture of others?

Why it is important to make a sincere effort to understand the culture of others.

**The entire class will be a discussion of how to identify and implement what we learn about ourselves in the course to better improve our interaction with the consumer and create a better experience for buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, etc. The history and legacy of segregation and its impact in the housing sector.

The impact of the fair housing laws on our business and what we need to implement to be better agents with a clear understanding of the fair housing laws and the appreciation of other cultures in our business practice. **
