This class will teach you the necessary skills needed to generate a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) using both the Matrix MLS system and the Realtor Property Resource RPR.
With the skills learned from both programs, you will have the option to choose what CMA to use when working with Buyers & Sellers.

If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.
