Instructor - Katheryn DeClerck

Katheryn DeClerck is an instructor and a NY licensed real estate broker who lives in the beautiful Hudson Valley. She holds an Associate RE Broker license at Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty in Goshen. Having built a successful career in real estate sales which she maintains, Katheryn harnesses and utilizes her real world knowledge of the industry which makes her a highly reviewed instructor and course developer. Her students find her relatable and valuable because she “walks the walk”. Her programs include licensing, continuing education, and technology training for today’s rapidly changing industry. She delivers content effectively live and remotely as she is also a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI™ ), In her 20+ years in the industry, Katheryn has demonstrated her leadership having served as the President of the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, Regional Vice President of the New York State Association of REALTORS®, and other assorted leadership positions which she still holds to this day. Katheryn has also been trained as a mediator by the National Association of REALTORS®. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology. Katheryn comes from an abundant mindset always giving back to the industry and working to elevate the professionalism of those who practice.
