Join Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) on July 7, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for the 5th annual nationwide National Real Estate Ethics Day® with world-renowned speaker, coach, and entertainer Leigh Brown!
In this special LIVE broadcast, Leigh Brown will discuss everything you need to know about the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) REALTOR® Code of Ethics, which ensures members’ progress is steadfast, honorable, and professional at all times.
NAR's Code of Ethics, adopted in 1913, was one of the first codifications of ethical duties adopted by any business group. The Code provides that consumers are served by requiring REALTORS® to cooperate with each other in furthering clients' best interests. REALTOR® members must complete 2.5 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within three-year cycles. The new cycle is from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024.
By attending National Real Estate Ethics Day®, you can complete your triennial NAR Code of Ethics requirement AND give back to our local communities at the same time as a portion of the proceeds go to the NAR REALTORS® Relief Foundation.
It’s a new triennial period and time to embrace and renew our pledge to our Code! Register today to reserve your virtual seat.
