Long Island Board of REALTORS® Names 2024 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate Award Recipients

Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) is proud to announce the recipients of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate Awards. This year’s distinguished class of 2024 was honored at a spectacular awards ceremony held at Land’s End in Sayville, NY.

The LIBOR YPN 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate Awards are a highly coveted recognition within the industry, celebrating young real estate professionals who not only excel in sales but also show a strong commitment to their communities.

The newly reimagined LIBOR YPN 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate Award, formerly the 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate Awards, utilized a rigorous evaluation rubric and thoughtful questions to assess the 2024 nominees. This year’s winners epitomize excellence in sales production, industry involvement, community engagement, innovation, and professional growth.

With great honor, LIBOR celebrates the accomplishments of these young entrepreneurs, representing the best and brightest in the real estate industry. Congratulations to the Class of 2024:

Since 2011, LIBOR YPN has recognized young members who are making significant impacts on their business and the industry. It provides a dynamic environment that empowers these rising stars to continue their impressive ascent in the real estate industry.

Over two hundred guests at the awards ceremony also celebrated Mark Donnelly, LIBOR President-Elect and a founding member of LIBOR YPN, who was presented with the Visionary Award in recognition of his unwavering mentorship and steadfast support for the network since its inception. The night also shone brightly on Eyston Perez, who was honored with the Heart and Soul Award for his dynamic leadership and tireless dedication as Chair of the 2024 YPN Committee.
