LIBOR proudly congratulates the members recognized during NYSAR’s Mid-Winter Business Meetings General Session on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Their recognition reflects a deep commitment to advocacy, leadership, and service—values that strengthen both the real estate industry and the communities REALTORS® serve.
During the RPAC Awards ceremony, Melissa Gomez, a past LIBOR Officer and member of OneKey® MLS Board of Managers, was inducted into the RPAC of New York Hall of Fame in recognition of her lifetime contributions exceeding $15,000. This distinguished honor celebrates her longstanding dedication to supporting the REALTOR® Political Action Committee and protecting private property rights.
Moses Seuram, LIBOR and NYSAR past President, received the Lawrence B. Caldwell RPAC Service Award for his steadfast support of RPAC and exemplary leadership. His commitment to advocacy and engagement continues to advance the REALTOR® voice at the state and local levels.
Jessica Akde Elmazi, LIBOR immediate past President Mark Donnelly, Beth Lowe, and Joe Sinnona were recognized for achieving the YPN 10 for 10 Pledge during the 2025 fundraising year, each investing more than $10,000 in RPAC within 10 years of making their pledge. The YPN RPAC Pledge encourages young professionals to engage politically, invest in RPAC, and participate in the Major Investor program, to inspire 1,000 members to pledge $10,000 over 10 years. Their achievement reflects a strong commitment to long-term advocacy and leadership within the industry.
In addition, Natasha Williams was honored with the 2025 Community Service Award, which recognizes REALTORS® who go above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in their communities. Williams was recognized for her dedication to service and her exceptional efforts in founding Impactful Lives, a community-based nonprofit organization that supports unhoused mothers and their children currently residing in shelters. Through her work, she has created tangible change and expanded critical resources for families in need.
LIBOR Past President Gina Marie Bettenhauser was also recognized during the General Session for being named LIBOR’s 2025 REALTOR® of the Year, an honor that reflects her outstanding professionalism, leadership, and service to the association and the real estate community.
LIBOR commends each of these members for their continued dedication to advocacy, philanthropy, and strengthening the real estate profession. Their leadership exemplifies the positive impact REALTORS® make both within the industry and throughout their communities.
